Overview
Fundamentals of Safety Leadership builds the judgement to spot hazards early, control them properly and lead a safety culture that people follow when nobody is watching. It is designed for participants who are new to the subject or want a solid, structured foundation.

- Explain the key concepts, terminology and standards of Safety Leadership.
- Describe permit to work, isolation and SIMOPS.
- Carry out routine tasks related to auditing, inspection and observation programs safely and correctly.
- Recognise early warning signs in incident investigation and learning and escalate them.
